Our 3-year-old program. This group sometimes has older twos at the start of the year (our cut off for this class is December birthdays). This class works on letter recognition, basic shared play concepts, and has a more consistent schedule that the children follow.

Weekly Note!

Hello Tigers,

We had a great week in the tigers class. We started our week by celebrating St. Patrick’s Day. We made shamrock milkshakes and paraded around the courtyard. We introduced letter T, made cherry blossom art, and color mixed blue/yellow paint to make green with Ms. Katie. We worked on fine motor skills by tracing zigzags and crescents. Ms. Katie’s science experiment this week showed how celery stalks absorb colored water and over several days the stalks/leaves turn different colors. It was fun to watch the change in color from day to day. Next week’s cooking project is dirt cups (chocolate pudding, Oreo crumbles and gummy worms).
